Summary:
Responsible for the Warehouse, Receiving Dock, and F & B Storeroom.
Ensures all food, beverage and service products are received, accounted for, and distributed accurately and efficiently.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Manages the control and receipt of materials and supplies.
Directs all warehouse activities.
Works with financial accounting to reconcile physical inventory against book inventory.
Ensures all financial reporting for the Warehouse is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Researches and resolves product delivery deficiencies.
Maintains business relationships with vendors for product and delivery deficiency resolution.
Requisitions designated food, non-food, and beverage products as required.
Maintains compliance with the Indiana Gaming Commission regulations, property and company internal controls, department policies and procedures.
Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
Coaches and develops employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulates expectations.
Provides direction and support for staff to achieve property goals and objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
A four-year college degree is preferred with a minimum of five years inventory control experience and a minimum of three years supervisory experience required.
Experience with Oracle ERP software is preferred.
Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and complete work independently and logically.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Must be proficient with the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

$50,000.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
