Monitor cash activity for any suspicious activity.
Complete SAIs as needed, and review and system generated alerts.
Complete customer due diligence reviews to comply with FinCEN's know your customer regulation.
Complete Corporate KYC ban lists weekly.
Obtain any missing information using multiple resources.
Document/log all filings, exceptions, completed AML training, CTR Alerts, AML exceptions, SAIs, and research resources as needed.
Complete AML Quarterly meeting with executives including updating AML quarterly stats.
Timely retrieval and review of all Multiple Transaction Logs (MTL), Currency Reporting Cards (CRC), and Negotiable Instrument Logs (NIL) from all reporting areas, daily including review of automated MTL's, NIL's, and CRC's for completeness within the required 15 day submission.
Attach any required photos to automated CRC summary reports.
Review MTL, NIL, Cash Advances, Echecks, Jackpot Slip Report, Marker Bank activity, Slot Bills Inserted, Cage Paid Outs, redemption of fast cash, cashier generated tickets, promotion events, poker, sports book, and Table Games Reports to ensure all cash transactions have been captured for reporting purposes.
Maintain an exception log for the CTR Committee on daily errors, i.

missing photos, CTR reportable transactions without ID, incomplete MTL or CRC.
Prepare monthly CTR report for review by CTR Committee and prepare agenda for facilitation of quarterly meetings.
Complete the Currency Transaction Report for all reportable transactions and file with the IRS within the prescribed time limit.
o Assure retention of all copies of filed CTR's for the required time period.
Maintain all records in an orderly fashion to ease in the retrieval of documents for audit purposes.
